Trust Administration

The most important part of your estate planning is ensuring you have designated a successor trustee who has the time and the knowledge to handle the task. I will administer and safeguard your trust, report to the beneficiaries, file tax returns, provide accountings, and make distributions per the trust's instructions.

Personal Representative (Executor) of the Estate
I will quickly and efficiently finalize the decedent's affairs, pay the outstanding debts and taxes, and distribute the remaining assets to the beneficiaries designated in the will or to the heirs-at-law. If there is a surviving pet I take particular care to locate a new forever home.

Medical issues can be overwhelming and family dynamics often add to stress. By acting as healthcare agent, I can help by working with the client, the health care providers and the family to align the client's wishes with the best medical outcomes.
