Fiduciary Services
EFFECTIVE 10/22/2025: I apologize, but in order to maintain my standard of service to my existing clients I am not able to intake new clients until February 1, 2026. Please go to the PFAC site to Find a Fiduciary or ask your attorney, CPA, or financial planner for another referral. If you are unable to find someone, please contact me in January 2026 and we can schedule a call for the following month.
What is a Fiduciary?
A fiduciary is a person who assumes responsibility for a position of trust.
A California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF) may serve by court appointment as guardians, conservators and personal representatives of estates. CLPFs also serve by agreement as trustees, representative payees or as agents under powers of attorney and healthcare directives.

Why you might need a Professional Fiduciary:

-
Do you have a trust? Does your successor trustee have the time and desire to protect your assets and administer your trust?
-
Were you named executor of an estate or trustee but feel overwhelmed?
-
Do you have a trustee who is willing to to make medical decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated?
-
Are you concerned about your estate distribution because you have no nearby family - or are your family members unable to handle the task?
-
Are there family members or friends unable to care for themselves and there is no one to help?
-
Are you an attorney or financial adviser with clients who need help like this?
I can help.
